With the cold weather setting in I find myself losing motivation to go out for a long run so I think I’m going to start wearing warm clothes and going on mini walks (or really long ones, depending on how I’m feeling/how busy I am) everyday. I know it won’t burn as many calories as a run but I have been pretty lazy lately and that burns even less than walking!
